We ship across all locations in India. Shipping charges are calculated based on the delivery
PIN code of the customer and are applied at the time of checkout.

applied in accordance with our shipping policies. Special promotions, discounts, and coupon
codes may impact the final shipping charges.
Estimated Delivery Time:
Orders are typically delivered between 3 to 6 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery time may vary depending on factors such as weather conditions, geographic location,
or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing:
Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 to 48 hours of order confirmation. You will be
notified with tracking information once your order is dispatched.
Third-Party Courier Services:
We use trusted third-party logistics and courier partners for the delivery of your orders. In
rare cases, delivery timelines might vary based on courier availability in your region.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
If you choose to cancel your order before it has been dispatched, there will be no shipping
charges applied, and the full amount will be refunded to your account.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
- Wrong Product Dispatched: If you receive the wrong product from the
vendor, we will take full responsibility for the error. The shipping charges will be
deducted from the vendor’s payout, and we will arrange for the return of the wrong
product and shipment of the correct item to you, at no extra cost.
- Customer-Initiated Cancellation (Other Reasons): If you decide to
cancel your order after dispatch due to personal reasons, the shipping charges will be
deducted from your order refund. These charges are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Cancellation Before Dispatch:
Full refund of the order amount will be processed, excluding any coupon discounts or
promotions, if applicable.
Cancellation After Dispatch:
Refunds will be processed after the return of the product (if applicable). Any shipping
charges or additional costs incurred will be deducted from the total refund amount.
