Very disappointed

Very disappointed with this water tank. The insulation does not keep the water temperature as advertised, and the build quality feels average for the price. After a short period of use, I noticed issues with the fittings and the lid does not close properly. Installation was also more difficult than expected due to poor finishing. Customer support was not helpful in resolving the issue.
